Infusion Therapy (PAOD)

Rheologic infusion therapy for advanced circulatory disorders of the legs

For advanced arterial circulatory disorders of the legs, rheologic infusion therapy may be an option. In this procedure, a medication that expands arterial vessels and accelerates the flow speed of blood is administered via a vein in the arm.

Additionally, this procedure reduces disorders in the function of vessel interior walls and promotes the exchange of oxygen and nutrients in poorly-perfused tissues.

We provide infusion therapy on an outpatient basis for a maximum duration of four weeks under tight clinical control.
